Tim Wittman
Biography
I have worked as a psychologist for the past 25 years. In my spare time I enjoy running, wood working, performing and writing music. I live on Guemes Island, a small island in the Pacific Northwest region of Washington state, near the town of Anacortes; about 60 miles south of the Canadian Border. Many of my songs are inspired on-the-run. There is something magical about the peace and tranquility of the running experience, over country roads and forest trails. The rhythm of my footsteps, the smell of the evergreen forest, the freshness in the air, and ever present endorphins, merge to inspire thoughts and ideas. Most of my songs are about life experiences, emotions, relationships, the local culture, and ideas about simple pleasures.
