Biography

I’m a songwriter born in Detroit,Michigan living in North Carolina at the moment.I was raised in the south in my childhood and moved around alot.I’m one of fifteen children.I LOVE music and it has always been such a big part of my life for as long as I can remember.I was raised around all types of music,my parents loved country music and my sisters and brothers liked rock-n-roll and being from Detroit,motown usa I like the r&b and soul music also.I try to put all these styles in my music at some point in time to create a different sound at times.I write in the styles of country,country rock,oldies,blues,pop,bluegrass,and some country jazz.I put out my first cd last year being sang by my friend Gretchen Pittman who is a FANTASTIC singer in her own right.It was reviewed by Maverick magazine and I was very proud of that review.I’m an ASCAP member.My dream and ambition is to make it in the music business as a songwriter and have some songs published and recorded by a major contributor in the music world.This is my dream and hope to accomplish this very soon.
